A highly experienced Consultant with over 30 years of expertise in Clinical Compliance, Lou has worked across both private and public services, including GP Practices, Theater, and other clinical settings. With her in-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance, she helps organisations uphold the highest levels of compliance and implement best practices in clinical environments.

 With over 20 years of experience in global HR, Dina brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the Novap team. Having worked with several well-known multinational corporations across various industries, she is process driven and offers strategic and operational expertise in all areas of HR including driving operational efficiency, employee relations, policy development, talent management, and organisational change.
